ok, basically, three syllables :

va -- the easy one, like valley

the, for the next ones, you to pronounce the 'an' ('en' and 'an' are pronounced the same). it's hard to explain, but if you know the french word 'maman', that's the last bit (there is absolutely no sound like 'n' in there).
so 'lan'
the ç is pronounced like an s, and the t is not pronounced.
so 'san'

va lan san

çant like "pancetta" or "mandrak"

If you know phonetic, look in a English/french dictionary and search a name like "gant" you'll see the sound.
