How do you pronounce 'je crois' and 'dixième 'in French?

Would it be je cro-wah and dix-me?

And is this sentence gramatically correct? j'ai toujours pu travailler comme serveuse. I'm not sure if the 'toujours' is suppose to go there. I'm trying to say I always wanted to work as a server.
