The English would say "Vive la France". Through common usage this has become an anglicised phrase.

No English person would say "I love France" - It's just not British.

It's "I love France" in English.

In French, you could say several things. "J'adore France!"; "J'aime France!"; ou "J'aime beaucoup France!"

Kiki Singer
You mean in French? It is "J'aime France"! "J'adore France" works also.

J'adore Frances means I adore France. J'taime Frances means I love France. They're pretty interchangeable.
