Est-ce que ça vaut la peine d'être vu ?

But in french, I would also say,

Est-ce que ça vaut la peine d'aller le voir ? ( Is it worth going to watch it ? )

boogynmber5
est-il une bonne voir?

valeur is not the best word, it means value, it might work if you're asking if the object has value in which case you'd need to use avoir.
don't worry too much about getting fancy with french in phrases like this. bon, mal, bien, belle, really are most commonly used.
