Où est La Tour Eiffel ?

I agree with the previous answerer... If you are visiting Paris then most French people will understand your question in English. HOWEVER, please try to ask in French as this shows respect for their country and language and it will give you a chance to experience the whole ambiance of visiting a different country. The French are good people and most are always delighted to help you explore their language as long as you dont make fun of them!

Bon voyage!

They are correct: Où est la Tour Eiffel, s'il vous plaît?
Don't forget the "s'il vous plaƮt" (= please"), it matters a lot to the French.
I'm not so sure that they would understand the way we pronounce Eiffel though, in French it is pronounced as if you were saying the letters F - L.

ooh ay la tour F L seal voo play?

Ou est la tour Eiffel?

But if you don't know how to ask the question, how will you understand the answer.
