I would recommend taking the Eurostar from London to Paris. Then you can take a train from Paris to Amsterdam, making stops in Brussels and Antwerp to take advantage of your trip.
But this will mean changing the order of your journey.
If you really have to keep to the Paris-London-Amsterdam order, take the Eurostar from Paris to London, then a different Eurostar from London to Brussels. Then a normal train from Brussels to Amsterdam.
This is more expensive than the first solution, because you are paying the Eurostar fee twice.

Very easy by train and that would be a fine itinerary for a two or three week European holiday.
You might consider making the order London to Paris to Amsterdam as that is a slightly more logical arrangement given the geography of the three cities.
While the Eurostar train which uses the "chunnel" is the fastest way to do this, I actually enjoy using the old train and channel ferry route to go from England to the continent. It also has the advantage of being cheaper.

That would be retracing your path. ~
Having London and Amsterdam at the 2 end destinations would make more sense though. And you could use the Chunnel. All the way by high speed trains.

Very easy.
Take a train.
