It is always raining in Paris. If you go to Paris for a day or week or a month you can be sure it will rain atleast half your visit. It has been raining for over two weeks straight here with high winds and big storms. It is getting colder but since it is raining and not snowing, its not THAT cold. But the rain does make it feel colder.
