Depends on the country you wish to visit. Many either do not require a visa, or issue the visa upon arrival. Of course this is for tourism. Work visas are different. A good travel reference is Fodors Tour Books. They have a lot of useful info, including visa requirements. Also, look up the closest consolate for your country of choice. Have a nice trip.

check with your local conciliate. They will have all the infromation that you need. I would just type in your city into a yahoo search and then when your city comes up click on businesses in that city and then enter the word "concitiate".

Depend on the country you are visiting. For example if you go to France you don't and you are an American citizen then you don't need a visa but if you go to Swiss then you have to get a visa for that country yes Swiss is in Europe but you still need a visa cause this happen to me when i was in France and i wanted to visit Swiss good luck

Where are you from you need to be more specific, americans don't need visas to go to europe that's all I can tell you.
