From where?

P.S. And I assume that you mean Paris, France not Paris, Texas....or Paris Hilton.

Chauncey Q. Buttercup
Kind of depends. Are you starting in Bordeaux?...Los Angeles?....?

Mama
Actually, assuming you are asking this question about a trip to Paris from the United States; the answer is this:

A flight from the East Coast (specifically NYC) is a little over 7 hours if its a direct flight. The return trip can be up to an hour longer due to the flight path and winds (which reduce the aerodynamics).

If you are leaving from the West Coast, (specifically Los Angeles which has daily direct flights), your trip will be closer to 10 hours to Paris and 11 on the return flight.

If you would fly out of another city in the U.S. of if your flight is not a direct flight (ie you'll change flights en route in the US or Europe); then you'll need to adjust the flight times accordingly.

From US east coast (NY, Detroit, Miami) it takes 8 to 9h on direct flights.
From US west coast (LA, SF) 12 to 13h on direct flights.
