When you say light if it is less than 100 gramme(31/2 ozs) its 81 pence so 2 first class and a second class will cover it

They go on measurements aswell as weight now, so you will have to take it to the Post Office for a correct price.

It depends on the values of the stamps. With lower value stamps you would need more.
