I guess she's leaving from the USA or Canada, not anywhere else, and you're probably working on Pacific or Mountain time because over here on the east coast it's 130 already.
Here is the extract from the Air France web site.
To confirm it, go to www.airfrance.com, click on USA.
Next page, move the mouse pointer over the menu at the top for "Information and services"
choose "Practical Information" from the drop down menu.
On the next cascading menu, choose Baggage.On the next page, choose "Baggage Allowance" on the left hand side.
