They're ones of the most expensive in the world (no I'm not kidding). There are 2 direct bus from the airport to the city center for 4€ (it is a day pass).
Also be careful, if you want to go to Monaco and come back from Monaco by Taxi. Since M is officially a foreign country, your taxi fee will be international (which means even more expensive). But anyway there are very nice buses going to Monaco, or even better, the train for 4.10€ if I remember correctly
