How much does breakfast cost in Paris, France?

Many hotels include a continental breakfast (croissant or bread and coffee) for free. The irony is that upscale places which charge more for rooms often do not include the breakfast because they also have restaurants and they want you to buy the food. In cafes, the same breakfast costs less if you walk up to the counter and order (vs. if you sit down and have the waiter come to you). You can also save money by buying a pastry at a bakery. You'll find that food is expensive in France compared with the US and the more restaurant meals you have, the more $ you'll spend.

Old Boy
Usualy breakfast cost between 5 and 20€ in Paris most of them only serve bread coffee and chocolate... If you want a complete tipical english breakfast you will have to choose the hotel who will propose it. That's may reduce your choice of hotel and increase the average of the price of the night.

Well...it really depends on what you eat and where you eat. Generally plain croissant cost you 1.50 Euros and and cup of coffee is about the same. Danish and other pastries is about 2 Euros. Than main courses will be around 5 Euros. Cut fruits and cereal cost 2-3 Euros. Locals do not take heavy breakfast..So...good luck and enjoy Paris...

In the right hotel it comes with the room. The French don't eat breakfast the way English, Americans or Germans do. They tend to just have some bread(croissants) with coffee. These places are on virtually every corner in Parisian neighborhoods and cost about the same as Starbucks.

will it depends on the place you want to go, if you are in the Champ Elyssa you probably pay about 10 to 20 euros per person and if you really want to have a nice breakfast in the Champ Elyssa go to pom de pan they have the best french bread in France have fun and enjoy your stay.

this link tells you best places to go and prices hope it helps

That would depend on what you want to eat. I highly doubt there is a citywide price cap on all breakfast items.

Morky
Much the same as breakfast in any large capital city...
I ate breakfast in valencia, cost me 7 euros for a crappy croissoint and a coffie, much the same in barcelona, coffie, crossionts, juice about 7 euros. in Frankfurt last year i had full continental breakfast for around 9 euros, this was great. all depends what areas of Paris you eat in, and what you order...i'd say
