How much does eiffel tower (souvenir) cost in Paris?

Hiya,

I'm planning to go to Paris for holiday and I'm quite keen to buy an eiffel tower like one of the following pictures. (height: above 30cm)

Does anybody know how much these things would cost me in Paris.

Frankly, I've found something, can be seen below, (height: 40 cm) about £ 20.00 (24.00 EUR) but I'm not sure if I could get a better one in Paris.

Guys, I'd appreciate your answers but I need to know the price. Something made of metal, like my pictures, that would be between 30-40cm in height. So, how much is it going to be?

They sell these in different sizes, therefore, the price varies. We've paid approximately ten dollars for a 6" at the Eiffel Tower gift shop. We paid a little less by a street vendor at La Place du Trocadero (perfect spot to see the Eiffel Tower by the way). You can even buy them at Epcot at Disney World for around the same price. Hope this gives you a general idea of the cost.

The official souvenir shop at the Eiffel tower sells one 21cm high for €16, and one 35cm high for €40. As you can perhaps imagine, Paris has scores of tourist shops, not to mention street traders, and you can probably find other versions and/or haggle to get the 35cm one cheaper, but I really couldn't give you a definite price. One thing is for sure - you'll be spoilt for choice, and you'll definitely be able to find something which fits your requirements - models of the Eiffel Tower are by far the most common souvenir item on sale here.

The picture you have linked to is definitely not a model of the Eiffel Tower, however - I believe it is a model of the Blackpool Tower.

I visited Paris in 06 and everything was super expensive. If you want something like that, I wouldn't buy it there at the tower. It will be outrageous.

probably no less than 10euro, give or take 5, there's a gift shop on the second lever?? i believe, that is where it is, it's been awhile, but they sell that sort of stuff in there. relatively cheap too.

I think it depends on the time of year you're going to Paris. If your going to go in the summer, places make their prices higher than normal, but in the winter around New Years, everything seems cheaper than usual due to lack of tourists. When I went to the Eiffel Tower, I bought the same thing for about 15 euros, but I suggest going somewhere else that's not the Eiffel tower.

There's little stores on Saint Michel, near Notre Dame, that have cheaper prices.
