* US dollar price
= foreign price/exchange rate
= 5,000/100 = $50
* Suppose now the US dollar goes up in value relative to the Yen. The new exchange rate is 110.
* Same price in yen= 5000
* new price in dollars: 5000/110= $45.45
* What if the dollar falls?
* Same price in yen= 5000
* new price in dollars is 90 yen per dollar
