Use this link and just put in the number of ounces.
http://ircalc.usps.gov/default.asp?Mode=Intl_Single&CID=10113

1 oz is 84 cents....2 oz is $1.70, 3 oz is $2.55

Where are you sending your letter from? If from US, a regular letter is $0.80. I know it coz I have a friend in France.

The cost of sending a letter to France depends on 2 things.
1. The Country you are sending it from.
2. The weight of the letter.

I You can find the current rates on the Post office web site for the Country you are sending it from.
Since you did not say which country you are sending it from, I cannot give you a cost or a web site link;.
