'Rillifane' and 'paris' are closer to the truth, 50 € being the minimum fare. Add 15% after 7:00 pm and some companies charge more from CDG to Paris (around 75 €) than from Paris to CDG.
If you do not want to use public transportation (which is much faster and cheaper) because of bulky/heavy luggage or reduced mobility issues, a cheaper alternative to taxis is a shared shuttle. But you must book in advance:

A taxi costs about 50-6- euros, but you can use the airport bus, every 15 minutes, much cheaper, the main station being close to Opera Garnier. From here a taxi is much, much cheaper, about 10 euros. |

Agreed. It's more like 45 or 50 Euros... not Dollars US.
Millie has good advice. Use an airport shuttle. You might want to contact your hotel to see if they have some sort of transportation arrangement.
