Well, you can say :
C'était sympa d'avoir parlé ensemble (It was cool to talk together)
J'espère qu'on se reverra (I hope we'll see each other again)
J'aimerais bien te revoir (I would like to see you again)
Ecris-moi vite ! (Write me soon)
A bientĂ´t (see you)

If you say : Tu me manques (I miss you), it means you're already in love. Maybe he won't understand these words that way, because you're not french and in America, this formula is more neutral, but it will touch him.

If you want to say "I miss you already" you could say "Tu me manques deja". Or, you could say "I hope to see you again" = "J'espere encore tu voir."

Simply say: A bientot or A tout a l'heure, esperement.

It means: I'll see ya' soon or later, hopefully.

"monsieur! i liked your français english accent, but alas!you are departing to east, to the old world, and me, staying, remaining silent at heart thinking of u. We once reunited by fate and separated by it again! powerless we are in name of love! such puppets we are against fate! oh monsieur! fare thee well! fare thee well! adieu!"

he will remember you, i think at least
