The code for France is 0033 and then you need the area code but if there is a 0 in front of it you drop that and dial the rest of it followed by the number.

Then 33, that the code for France.
Then dial the number without the first 0.
So, if the number is 06 12 34 56 78, dial:
00 33 6 12 34 56 78.
That should work.
