Just walk around. I say travel around Champs-Elyees (i think that's how you spell it) as it has wonderful shopping areas and really wonderful places. Other then the museum i strongly suggest you go and visit the Notre Dame cathedral! Take pictures near the Arc de Triomphe and The Obellisk. And if you havent been to America yet, i say hang around the Statue of Liberty, which was a pact sort of thing of piece between the French and Americans.

Have Fun!! =) Au Revoir!

If your 2 days includes a Sunday than you will have to be in the Arr 2-3 bc they have all the cute little boutiques and they are all open on Sunday and that's also where the outside cafes are located BUT the most imp thing is that that is the only place where the stores are open!! It's really a bonus to be in that arr anyway !! SOooo much fun to people watch cafe and just plain old free fun!!
A 5 minute walk across the Seine River is the Latin Qt with all the famous smoking cafes that were famous from the 1940's and are still somewhat!! Enjoy & Avoir !!
