There, you can put up an advertisement about yourself, hobbies, music, languages, etc.. All countries in the world has its on portal/tab. When youre done with your advertisement, you can stick it in all the countries you mentioned. (Australia, France, and England) I promise you that this website is a good one, because this is the same one we use for our French class. (Im in UNI) I guarantee you that you'll like this site, and that you will have A LOT of people who will write you! |

Try placing a personal ad onto www.craigslist.org for the city that you would like to meet someone, under the heading of "Strictly Platonic". Label the post "looking for pen pal" or something of that nature and see what you come up with. It's free so that is a plus.
I recently posted an ad there because I am going to be traveling to Paris in March and would like to meet someone to show me around, and I've heard back from several people.
