I'm flying into CDG airport in Paris on 02/07/09 at 10 pm how will I get to disneyland paris at this time?
I presume you are using the European system of date indication and that therefore you are arriving Thursday, July 2, 2009.
The last VEA shuttle from CDG to Disney leaves at 20hr00 on Thursdays so you cannot use the most convenient means of transport. ( you may verify this on their website: http://www.vea.fr/fr/index.asp )
Assuming you can clear passport control and customs fairly quickly you should still have time to take the RER.
Take there RER (regional commuter train) from the station in the CDG terminal to the Chatelet-Les Halles stop. Transfer to the RER A line marked "Direction : Marne-la-Vallee Chessy" to the end of the line. The entrance to Disney is a short walk from the station.
Snakeman !
At that time of night - you'd be better off staying the night in Paris - and travelling to EuroDisney the following morning !

This is a bad time to arrive in Paris. It would be midnight before you got to the city centre.
Best option is to try to find out the cost of an airport hotel and the cost of a taxi from CDG to Disneyland.
I am assumming you are staying at a hotel at Disneyland - can they arrange transport to pick you up ?

Rillifan is right - both the shuttle bus and the TGV stop running before 10pm, therefore your only options are RER and taxi.
