I suggest the restaurant at the Hotel Crillon, Les Ambassadeurs. The address is 10, place de la Concorde 75008 Ph : 33 (0)1 44 71 16 16, Fax : 33 (0)1 44 71 15 02, Email : ambassadeurs@crillon.com

You can check it out and view the menu on the Hotel Crillon's website at :http://www.crillon.com/crillon.html

Note the prices tho...it ain't cheap.
