Most of the country speaks French, but English is used too. The French dialects are Provencal, Breton, Alsatian, Corsican, Catalan, Basque, Flemish. Its a beautiful country. Have fun there! |

Depends what area of France you are going to.
By the French - German boarder you will likely find a good mix of French and German.
By the English Channel it will be French - English.
By the Spanish boarder it will be French - Spanish.
By the Italian boarder- French- Italian.
The official Language of France is French. If you are in Paris, you will hear about 50% English - French. |
