On Expedia.com there is a listing for a great boutique hotel incl breakfast called LE Compostelle! Check it out! I hope you have good luck bc they have a regular French clientele. I stayed there once and I will AGAIN!!! The location is great bc it's right there near the river and a 5 min walk to the Arr 4-5 ( Latin Qt)
