I am taking a trip to Paris, and I need to know the name of the street/trail you take to get to the Louvre?

I know that there are numerous sites to see, and I can't remember what the name of the trail is. Please help :)

It is on rue de Rivoli, Metro Line #1, or #7

You can't miss it, you have indications inside the metro, and it is so big that once you're on the right part of the street (Rivoli is very long) you'll see it.

There are also several buses going there. I would recommend to look on a map

"Trail"? To the Louvre? In Paris?

worldglobetrottergirl
There is the Rue de Rivoli which is across the street from the Louvre. It also has some of the best places to shop for souvenirs.

As for the Metro, your best bet would be to get off at the Palais Royale: Musee du Louvre stop. You can enter straight from the Metro. You'll have to walk through the shopping center but it sure beats standing in line at the pyramid.
