Yes. You may come and go as often as you please, in any of the Schengen countries for the duration of the visa. I had a Schengen visa. They prefer you to apply for it at the consulate of the country you will first enter....but it makes no difference at the end of the day...I did the same. I entered the Netherlands instead of Germany first.

I would be shocked if they even look to see if you have a visa. In all the times I've flown to France, I've never had to show my visa upon arrival.

Sorry, I'm assuming you're from a country where you don't need a visa to visit. If that's not the case....I don't know. Check with German consulate.

Technically your Schengen visa should be from the first country on your itinerary.

As you have gone to the trouble of getting a visa I assume you are a citizen of a country that France requires a visa from.

If this is correct then you may very well have a problem using this visa improperly.

You should be able to, provided you have a valid passport. A visa is typically only required if you are going to be in a foreign country for a longer period of time, usually months

The Schengen visa will alow your entry from any point of entry in any Schengen country.

In example, you may arrive in Roissy airport, then stay a while in France and then go to Germany by train or other transport.

Remember that you might be asked for proof of support and/or return ticket when your arrive in France.
