No you can not, France is a Schengen visa country. You can obtain a schengen visa from an embassy of any of the following countries, the visa will allow you to travel freely within these countries. It may be easier to obtain a schengen visa from a country other than france that would allow you entry into France.
AUSTRIA
BELGIUM
DENMARK
FINLAND
FRANCE
GERMANY
GREECE
ICELAND
ITALY
LUXEMBOURG
NETHERLANDS
NORWAY
PORTUGAL
SPAIN
SWEDEN

nope, you'll need to get a visa from france which is a pain in the butt.

JEONHWA
Nope.

You need a separate visa for France. Def.

As you stated, you have an uk visa, NOT a French visa, so the answer is NO.

Ask the ambassy for a visa, without it you won't be able to enter the country
