*Lyon
*Avignon
*Cannes
I've been there and I love them!!
Actually I like Lyon more than Paris. It's cleaner and cheaper!! Lyon's football club is also cool!!
Avignon is a nice small city, you will like it too.
Cannes is also amazing and I have pretty nice memory about it.
arg...Need to go there again!!
Wish you a great trip!! |

Not a city but an area, from Bordeaux to the Spain border. Beaches are beautiful. Cities are very nice, and the environment is really amasing.
So you can do Bordeaux and the area with the wine road.
Than "le bassin d'Arcachon", Biarritz, Lacanau, St Jean-de-Luz than the spain border... |

Visit the Loire Valley.
That area of France is so incredibly beautiful with the River Cher winding through the green hillside and all the chateaus that you can visit, and the admissions are very inexpensive - 5 to 8 Euros.
There are several small and quaint villes with chateaus, also, and there is so much to see and do, plus you can visit the wine caves! |

Why choose a city ?
Choose a part of France.
Normandy is nice, a lot of history, of nice beaches, of nice coutry, of good restaurants...
Ajou is great too. Go to Angers, nice city, and then visit the Loire Castle. Eat in a "guinguette" on the banks of the Loire at night, you'll see the sunset, you'll have some music, and you'll eat very good fishes. |

go to Lyon it's a really good place xith many things to visit, you went to paris and you saw the churches but in Lyon there is a church really better than all the church you've seen in paris(it's named fourvière). in this town you can't be borred!! and the people is really more sympathic than in paris. but if you are searching a place with a beach go at the south of france>>argelès to spend time on the beach then go to colioure to visit, it's a really good place ,with"le clocher de collioure" and then go to perpignan it's really good to!!
well know you have the choice between the 2nd best town of france or the sea!! |

Forget about chateaux de la Loire : it is boring.
Go to Alsace, it's more beautiful. It's a mix of France and Germany. Strasbourg is one of french people favorite cities, along with Paris and Nice.
You'll fall in love with Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, etc. |
