TF1 is the biggest TV channel in France.
They receive loads of emails every day.
They are not answering all of them.

They won't reply, don't waste your time waiting. All websites will ostensibly put in a ' contact us' and ask you to send them an email if you have any question but they just ignore it. I sent loads of emails over the years but never got a single reply, |

they must get like gazillions of e-mails everyday,
if you write in english an did not bother to write in french they might give priority deciphering your message and answer requests made in french
Maybe it wasn't clear in your message that you expected a reply,
your might have sent the message to the wrong department.
The answer might have to come from a specific person that wasn't there when they received the message and they'd rather wait for the appropriate person to reply to your request instead of giving you the wrong information.
or maybe they just can't be arsed... french TV i know what i'm talking about i'm french and parisians are known to be arrogant... guess why i never went to Paris... |
