However - do you need the hair dryer? Most every hotel in Paris i have ever used has a hair dryer in it!

yup, but if u have GHD straighteners u dont need an adapter u can just unscrew a screw and it is a european plug

If you haven't time to go to Tesco's etc. the airport and train station shops sell them. About £3.50 each.

Yes, we use 3 pin plugs & they use 2 pin plugs....you can pick up an adaptor in Tesco, ASDA etc...

Yes you do - take a two pin adaptor - you can buy a european one at the airport or Eurostar shops. Remember als the voltage is different but your hairdryer should work
