You probably mean soirée. It means an evening get-together.

Pedro
If it is soirée, it means the whole of the evening
If it is sourire, it means smile
If it is souris, it means mouse

Do you mean "soubrette"?

Rillifane
Soirée is what you're looking for.

It signifies any event held in the evening.

In the United States it's the type of thing you hear from people trying a bit too hard to sound sophisticated.
