If you are a student, you might ask a secretary in your school. If you are working, you might ask ppl at work. If all else fails, you can bring a bilingual friend with you to a doctor's office. Though it is easier for an English speaking person to be in France speaking English (than it is for a French speaking person to be in the U.S., Australia, etc. speaking French), you cannot count on most French ppl to be comfortable or fluent in English. They are, after all, living and working in a French speaking society. You could start calling some doctors offices and asking them directly if the doctor speaks English.

Yeah - you'd be hard-pressed to find a professional in France who is unable to communicate in English. Just find the local pharmacy (they know tonnes in French pharmacies) clinic/surgery/hospital and work from there. 'Je cherche un medecin qui parle Anglais.' means - I'm looking for an English-speaking doctor. Good luck.
