If you are from the U.S. you do not need a visa if you stay for under 90 days. If not contact the French embassy of your country or a consulate!

What is your nationality? Visit the Embassy of France in your country website. (Ie the Embassy of France in US if you are American)/or your country's embassy in France website (ie the US Embassy in France) All visa requirements and instructions will be detailed on this site.

If you are from the US, I am almost positive you only need a passport. I believe a Visa is for those who plan on working abroad. Call a travel agent, they should definately know the answer. Bon Voyage. Paris is Awesome.

The first three responders are correct- you would only need a visa if you were going to stay for a long time. If you're only there for a few days, a passport is all you need. However, if you'd like confirmation of that, here's a link to that effect from the closest French Consulate to where I live: http://consulfrance-newyork.org/spip.php?article363
