It has a view of the Eiffel Tower but I'm not sure that you'll actually see it from your room. Every hotel with that kind of perk will be pricey! You can call them for more info.

Sorry don't know any off-hand within sight of the Eiffel Tower. There is a GREAT place- Mont Blanc Hotel in the Latin Quarter-(rue de la Huchette-I think Hemmingway stayed there) a few steps away from Notre Dame. Just as romantic!
