Just want to clarify that I have understood you right.
You are married to a French citizen, you stay and live both in the United Kingdom and you want to visit France for less than 90 days?
Do you just have a short term visa or a residence permit card of a dependent of a EEA citizen?
You may travel for a visit visa-free if you hold a residence permit card and your wife accompanies you for the travel.
If you plan to travel on your own without your wife or if you hold a short-term UK visa you will need a visa to be applied for at the French Embassy in London free of charge.
