You might want to check into short-term phone rental...unless your phone has a sim card option. If your phone has three or four bands, you should be able to just use it there, but the per minute prices are pretty steep, so you don't want to be chatting with your friend for hours at a time. I rented my temp phones through Ace telecomm...Didn't have a very good experience, so I don't recommend them. |

iPhones in France are sold through any Orange store, and they cost 399€ with a 2-year contract of at least 49€ per month. You can get a 1-year contract for 4.50€ per month extra. If you're only travelling for a couple months I wouldn't say it's worth it.
