00 is the international code for 'international calls'
33 is the international code for France

So if you are in England you dial 0033 to reach that phone then the rest of the number (00 33 6......).

If you are in France you do not need to dial 0033, you replace it with a 0 (local call) and dial the rest of the number which should start with a 6 for a cell phone. So you dial : 06

It doesn't change!! The phone is registered in France so it will remain the same.

that should work fine in england so no change as you will still be calling france if it is on a french network

It doesn't change. It will remain the same. The french mobile works in England only if the roaming service is activated. So, ur number will remain the same and all your calls will get diverted to your mobile wherever u r in the world. So, even the people in England can call u with the same number starting with 0033 and need not replace with any.

Exactly the same. Some Belgian friends of ours are touring the UK at the moment and when they ring us on their mobile, our caller display shows their number as starting 0032, the code for Belgium, but as they're in the UK it doesn't show as an international call.

Nothing changes in what you dial - that is the whole point of mobile phones after all, you do not need to know where someone is when you call them.
[provided they have taken the "roaming" option and the phone is switched on].
However, the price will go through the roof - but only for the person receiving the call.

Snot Me
keep it as 0033 because it's a french number
