I'm so glad you asked. Paris is a fabulous place considering I've been there 6 times. There are soooooo many things to do there and see. I really suggest going there. Here is a website about it.

When i went i stayed in this PHENOMENAL little apartment. it had a great view and there was always fresh air pouring in to my room. I loved waking up and going out to eat fresh croissants or fresh bread and cheese.

YOU WOULD LOVE IT!

have a nice time there!

I don't really know your dream place but Paris is the most romantic city in the world.

paris
It's wonderful there. You'll find all your dreams accomplished by this charming city.

paris has both its pros and cons. i love the city but some of the ppl there tend to be rude if you do not at least make an effort to speak french but other than that its a fairly safe city with loads to see and do.

I have been to Paris myself and can personally say that Paris is one of the greatest cities in the world. There is so much to see and do that you could be there for a month and still not see it all. Try this link for more info http://www.v1.paris.fr/EN/

paris is great for sight seeing, there are tons of places to see, and visit, but beware, the french treat americans like crap. they will be rude to you, and try to rip you off. If you speak french to them, they will treat you better.
look out for pan handlers, and transients, they will pick pocket you so fast and be gone.......
try not to travel alone, take some friends with you, and watch each others back.....

Paris has great views, tremendous walks, shopping, great Museums (my fave's are the Orsay and Pompideaux (Modern art))

Yes, people can be aloof, but any big city with a billion tourists can get that way.

Stop by one of the grocery stores, and have a chocolate flan, you'll forgive them.

And beat the lines, walk to the second level of the Eiffel Tower, then have a over-priced crepe.

I lived in Paris for 5 years unfortunately it is not a dream place. Too many rude people, very dirty and really over rated. Sorry
