I would buy some French DVDs and CDs from fnac because you can't find a lot of my favorite movies and artists in the States (only the ones from the 80s!). |

A bottle of wine. That is really the only thing good. I have been there and was not impressed, the wine is good though, and some cheeses! |

French language course, I work in Greece and I am so tired of the French coming here and not speaking a WORD of English, they are the only nation who don't even try!!!!
FAO Great -
In my country, many people speak French, it is taught in school.
In Greece, not many but most of them speak English and German and try to speak several other languages, although the Greek people are expected to know every language in Europe, and they really do try so hard to communicate with people from a host of different countries My point is the French that I have come across here are the only people who do not even attempt to speak English, even though they probably can. |
