Disneyland Paris Tickets range from 47 Euro to 131 Euro (per person)...
You do realize that Disneyland is about 45 minutes from downtown Paris? You can take the Metro from downtown to Disney - but it's definitely on the outer edge. If you are planning to visit downtown Paris, make sure that you know when the train times are.
Disney is still Disney... Be prepared to pay extra for everything - from soda to snacks to souvenirs! Depending on what you would like to buy - I would budget about 60 Euro per day (for food/drinks) & that is being cheap! For gifts - look around - you may be able to find a smaller version of something you really like & the cost is typically less.

If you're willing to go cheap:
Hostel $25/night 4 days = $100
Food $25/day 4 days = $100
Attractions $30/day 3 days = $90
Disneyland = ~$70
Other = $40
Total: $400

Everything in Paris is very expensive, from the hotels to the food. Disney is no different- also very expensive. I'd count on a minimium of 75 dollars for food per day per person. The tickets for disney are posted on their website and they are inlcusive of all attractions, like Disney in the states. Dress warm- it's cold in Paris at this time of year.
