There is a working farm that is part of the Versailles Chateau complex although that is not actually in Paris but in a suburb.

Within the city of Paris itself the closest thing you'd find to a farm are a few tiny vineyards, the most well known of which is in Montmartre.

The botanical gardens (Jardin des Plantes) grows demonstration gardens which, I suppose, by stretching definitions, you might call a farm. It also has a small zoo.

You should select the clothing you will take based on comfort and practicality first and secondly on fashion.

In Paris in June the average temperature is 22 degrees Celsius/72 degrees Fahrenheit. Days can be fairly warm but there are often surprisingly chilly nights. So pack clothes that you can layer.

There can also be a pretty fair amount of rain with the average rainfall for the month being 56 millimeters, or 2.2 inches. This usually falls as relatively brief downpours so its wise to carry an umbrella or, better still, one of those portable rain slickers that folds up into is own small carry case that you can keep with you at all times.

Pack items that you can hand wash in the sink at your hotel and hang up to dry in your room overnight. This is one reason to avoid bluejeans which tend to take a long time to dry.

You'll find that the French do not favor bright colors so, if possible, pack clothing in muted colors. Black and white would be best.

Good walking shoes with solid arch supports that are water resistant or waterproof are the smartest thing to pack even if they may not be the most attractive footwear. You'll probably be doing a lot of walking and, in addition, spend a lot of time in places like museums with hard marble floors. (and don't forget that rain I mentioned). A day spent with blistered, aching feet, in damp trainers and you'll regret not taking this advice.

Remember that the voltages in France are 220 and, if you're an American, a lot of electrical devices will not function properly in France without a converter. Plugs are different there also and you'll need an adapter to plug anything in. The best bet is to leave anything electrical home unless its absolutely, positively vital.

The Eiffel Tower is in the centre of Paris, so no farm there. It is unlikely that your school will take you to the Zoo although it is excellent.
However, you say "graveyards" in the plural. If those are the WW2 cemeteries in Normandy and you are going by train or coach you will see countryside and farms out of the windows on your way, as they are on the coast of Normandy, which is a very rural area with lots of cattle where soft cheese is made. You might see cows, sheep and horses in the fields. The countryside around there is beautiful and it is an area that was loved by Impressionist painters.

It is fairly warm in the middle of June so take light clothing but something warm for the evenings as the temperature drops when it gets dark. Most French teenagers wear casual clothes like jeans and T- shirts or pretty tops, or summer dresses at that time of the year. The French are rather conservative about clothes and very mini skirts and hot pants are frowned upon in towns, and excentric clothes are mostly worn by tourists. Take a pair of sunglasses, but you will not need swimming gear if you are not going to stay at the seaside or where there is a pool. Pack one of those collapsible umbrellas just in case it rains. You did not say how long the trip was, and the amount of clothes you will need depends on that. If you are moving from place to place you will not be able to wash or dry your smalls, so take enough with you. Some hostels forbid you to do any clothes washing in the bathrooms.
I would be very surprised if your school does not give all of you some advice about this, either in writing or at a meeting beforehand, and more precisions about your itinerary, but you could ask your teacher if they don't.
If you like to listen to music and have an ipod, take it with you to while the time whilst you are travelling if you get fed up of chatting with your friends.

Have a great time!

PS. I forgot the shoes. Wear something that you feel really comfortable in, but not flip flops or of sandals that might part company with you as you go up or down into means of transports or escalators.
Most important, have one of those purse bags that you wear round your waist that you keep at the front of you, or have an inside pocket for your money, and do not keep all your money in one place. Whilst in Paris be careful of pickpockets particularly in the lift up the Eiffel Tower and in busy tourist spots. One of my students had her purse snatched as she was buying souvenirs in the Cathedral shop, and another got her shoulder bag stolen in Mc Donalds, even though she had twisted the strap round the leg of the chair on which she sat. At the moment there are organised gangs that include children and beggars who have come from East European countries and operate wherever there are crowds and also in the métro.

If what you meant by "graveyards" was the Paris catacombs, they are in tunnels under the ground. Otherwise you are more likely to be taken to the Père Lachaise Cemetery :

Edit. I hate to contradict the entry below but it is a man speaking, not a woman. I have taken parties of students round Paris for years. Nowadays teenagers do wear bright colours and you will see all sorts worn around you. White is soooooh unpractical, as it gets dirty very quickly in the city crowds and public transports. You just have to bump into someone carrying an ice-cream and you can't get rid of the stains, and black is too hot if the sun is shining. Though I agree that comfortable clothes and shoes are essential.
With regard to the palace at Versailles, if you do go there, the place is so crowded that it takes quite a long time to visit the main areas, and school parties rarely walk all the way down the gardens to the mini farm at the petit Trianon. So you might have to convince your teachers, as they may not think it worth the visit since it only has very few animals like poultry, goats and one or two cows. Here are some photos in case you do not go:
