If you don't mind not being in the centre of things and want something that is fairly nice for cheap, I would recommend Ibis Paris Berthier Porte de Clichy. There are two in this area, make sure you get this one. On the top floors you have great view of the city, including of the Eiffel Tower. I would make sure you request a room with this view and you should have a lovely stay.
