I want to move from the US to France, but I'll obviously need a source of income. I've found that in many countries, you're not allowed to just move to a country and apply for a job. Y...
Nope. It's easy and the signs are in English as well as French. Plus, there are tons of people who can help you and most of them speak English. There is a website if you are interested with the layout and floorplans, but it is just like most other airports: Arrivals level, departures level, bag claim, various concourses with trains or bus service to and from, shops in the concession areas and places to eat. You shouldn't have any problems and if you are polite, they are very nice. Begin any questions with "Bonjour, Sir or Madame" unless you know some French (which would be better, of course). Then ask if they can assist you, and then ask for what you're looking for. You'll do fine as long as you are nice.

no I always go thru CDG when I go to France, I really like this airport and yes like all major airports, everything is also in english.
you may be weirded out however if you are used to the standard US airport, this one, depending on your terminal, you may exit the plane outside the building then go on a bus that takes you to the terminal. (as oppose to the plane pulling up directly to the terminal - I've noticed a lot of tourists are confused and weirded out by this!)
And I always tells americans: learn the basics in French, even if your only sentence is :do you speak english? (parlez vous anglais) - your attempt at communicating in french will get you a better response. You will see that most will speak english but don't forget to say at least Bonjour or something in french before you speak english to them!

It's France's main international airport. Of course signage will include English.
