Yes, Paris is high on the list of places where you can mature as a woman and learn more about the opposite sex.

Other places include Rome, New York, London, Dublin, Tokyo.

I would not go near Paris or any big city until AFTER you have discovered youself. You had better be sure of yourself before running off to Paris, or it will eat you alive!

sweetmommy
Definately! I moved to Paris when I was 17 and stayed for 10 years. Brought my French boyfriend back to NY with me when I came back too. It was just perfect!

No, it's a place for Frenchmen to independently discover her.

Sure, no problem as long as you are city smart and know which districts to avoid. Some are safe day and night, others never!

lukaskye
Where are you originally from?

I really believe that traveling abroad - especially overseas - would strongly help a person - man or woman - find themself. Paris, of course, is rich in many things, but don't discount other places as well :-)

Personally, I am planning my own "eurotrip" this summer for exactly that reason : to "find" myself, figure out where I belong... you know, as well as meet new people and have great memories :-) Paris will definately be on my list of places-to-see !

Try different cities, then compare.

Sounds as if you are discovering your sexuality. Are you going to set yourself up to be a tourist who is young dumb and full of c-m? Used/robbed/raped?
You went a long way to discover what is below your belly

kurt.biewald
nope

that sort of thing should only happen alone in bed I think

Parisians have already discovered themselves so it's not the place for it...

Kim
Grrl, a woman should be able to discover herself everyday. But you should definately save up for it because knowing you, if it's a chance to travel the world, YOU WILL PROBABLY LOOOOOOVE IT.

mom of 2
I wouldnt go by yourself. Just isnt safe to be alone anywhere.
