The South of France has twice as many sunshine hours as the North.

The Languedoc area has 300+ sunny days per year.

Link to annual sunshine hours by town :

Today it is clear blue sky with puffy white clouds, winds a bit cold though.

If its a general question as a rule more sunny than the UK, something to do with large continental land mass and stable high pressure formations, Thats why the UK gets all the crap.

Summat else to blame on Europe??

no its night time
