Is anyone moving to Paris who wants to take a smart young artist with them?

I want to live in Paris so bad it hurts. But I have no connections and no place to live. I spent all my money on a trip in which I fell in love with the city and think only of a life there.
Additional Details
I'm 22 and if you ask me I'd say I'm easy on the eyes.

Paris is a great city. I travel there every other year or so. (Sorry, you missed this year's trip which was in March) But really, you'd be better off staying put and finishing off your education in the States.

Paris is a big, expensive city with a lot of unemployed young people. You'll find it difficult if not impossible to earn a legitimate living there even with a college degree.

okay, listen: from one woman to another, you do NOT want to be asking random people on the internet to take you to paris. i'm sure there's someone out there willing to do it, but they are not to be trusted. that is the stupid thing i've ever read on the internet proposed from a woman. be smart.

My family and I just moved to the United States about a year ago. We lived in Paris.

If you're between 18 and 30, you could try to get a position as an au pair where you live with a family and take care of their kids, some cleaning, etc. Keep in mind though that there will be a lot of competition for places in Paris.

If you are really that smart, you could also try to find a way to finance a term or year in a university-based program there. If you're in university, you can work part-time. There are regulations which say how much money you'll need to have in the bank in order to get a visa before you go.

But how long were you there? A holiday is far different from living and working in another country. Look for ways to spend a few months or a year there, but don't stop living the life you have just to dream.

I wasn't planning to, but your offers sounds intriguing! In all seriousness, though, best of luck in following your dreams.
