It is never a bad time to go to Paris. I admit, I haven't been there in November. But I was there at the end of December through the beginning of January, in early February, and in mid-March. I forgot, also end of May through mid-June.
Every trip has been wonderful and different. Pack an umbrella, some jeans, and a few sweaters, and you will be fine. |

Not at all.
I've often been in Paris in November and there are advantages to travel in the off season.
First, of course, is that prices for air travel tend to be lower. Accommodations are less crowded and also may offer better prices.
In the absence of the hordes of tourists who invade during the warmer weather, lines at attractions are shorter or nonexistent.
The mood of local residents also improves with a reduction in the irritant of often loud and obnoxious foreigners acting like idiots.
The weather can be a bit cold and damp but the excellent public transportation system helps and brisk weather will help give you an appetite and burn off the calories from heavy indulgence in the excellent cuisine.

Paris is nice all year long. Weather-wise, however, it usually starts to get cloudy and gloomy during the day sometime in November, and tends to stay that way until February. Misty rain becomes more common, and the sun is lower in the sky to begin with at that time of year. Not as photogenic as other seasons.
However, the city itself is very active and interesting in November; it's one of those rare months when hardly anyone is on vacation in the city, so it is quite the bustling metropolis. And the lights of shops and restaurants in the early evening (because the sun sets earlier) are very cozy. |

I went in mid Feb and found it cool but not really cold...mainly overcast ( no rain from memory, but i suspect it could easily)......I still found it lovely so take the chance and go whenever! |

It's bad for americans to go to paris anytime. They treat us badly, they hate us. Go somewhere else, like germany or norway. |
