I'd do Chicago-Paris, and then take the train from Paris-Toulouse. There are frequently good deals on trains from Paris to other major cities. Book ahead of time to get the best deals on flights and train tickets. For the train: www.sncf.com |

it would be much cheaper to fly to Paris. have you checked all of your flight options. check yahoo travel and travelocity I have found many good deals but when booking put your flight is flexible and then just rent a car sometimes you have find a better deal in a package. |

i would think train cuz of euro-rail (sp?) passes if you do get 1st class cuz 2nd class get pretty packed during the summer cuz its tourist season and all.
