Yes it is possible. Nice to Monte Carlo is not far. Couple of hours depending what part of Nice are you in. I'm not sure with the train if it's the fast one but going to Pisa and just see the leaning tower won't take much time.1 day is not enough. Nice is too beautiful and Monte Carlo is better at night. So many to see in Florence.
alan
yes but you wont have much time to see anything
hec
It's possible, but fon't do that! Spend some time (half a day or an evening) in Monaco and at least few hours in Pisa - they are worth it (especially Monaco)!

it's possible. but dont plan on seeing anything of each of those cities. italian motorways are great. if you drive the limit, you are the slowest on the road. i have driven genova-bari in one day. u can do it, but its not fun.

well i have been to pisa and the only thing cool in hat city are a few places to eat and the tower thats it

Some nice driving....not a problem...
although driving that much in Italy would be a thrill ride to be sure...just make sure you have a fast enough car to compete on the autostrada!!!!
but why would anyone want to?????
..
If you mean flying for a leg or two....not so good....too hard to get connections....
.
It depends if you are stopping to actually see anything
